What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item? We're sorry to hear that you've received an incorrect or faulty item. Please hold on to the item and take pictures of the faulty area and contact us via email stating the name of the item, your name, contact and purchasing details including date and time. We will be more than happy to look into this for you.
What should I do if the item does not fit me? Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order and the items must be in their original unused condition with all tags intact. You can exchange the original item with a different size, OR our in stock items of the same value. Extra payment is required if the value exceeds the original item (refunds is NOT available). Please note, that returns will be made at your own cost and each purchased item is only allowed exchange ONCE.

How long does it take to process my return? It can usually take up to 14 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our office and processed. On receiving your return the next step is for us to check the item(s). Once our checks are complete we’ll confirm the stock of the exchange item and send you a confirmation email when the parcel is shipped.
